Your Dieting Daughter Book Club

Join Katie White, LPC-S, CEDS, and Anne Burruss, LPC,  for a study of Your Dieting Daughter by Carolyn Costin! This insightful and practical book explores body image, food, weight, self-esteem, and eating disorders in girls and young women. Together, we’ll discuss ways to help young people develop a healthy relationship with food and their bodies, while learning how to model positive attitudes and support healthy self-esteem. We will gather every other Wednesday evening from 6:00-7:00 beginning on October 21 in the St. Stephen’s library. Dates for meetings are: 10/21, 11/4, 11/18, 12/2, and 12/16.
